1. Eligibility & Age Requirement

TechyBrat is open to users of all ages. By using the platform, you represent that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction.

2. Usage Rules

• You may use TechyBrat to attempt coding challenges, submit solutions, and participate in discussions.
• You agree not to:
• Post, upload, or share illegal, harmful, or malicious content.
• Upload or distribute malware, attempt XSS attacks, or engage in any activity intended to disrupt the platform.
• Spam, harass, or abuse other users.

Note: TechyBrat provides an isolated coding environment. While attempts to inject malicious code will not affect our systems, such practices are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension or termination.

3. Intellectual Property

• All coding challenges, problems, and platform content are the property of TechyBrat.
• Users may submit solutions and comments. You retain ownership of your original code submissions, but by posting them, you grant TechyBrat a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display, share, and distribute your content (e.g., on leaderboards, discussions, or solution pages).
• You may not copy, distribute, or exploit TechyBrat's proprietary challenges without permission.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

• Premium features of TechyBrat (“TechyBrat Pro”) are available through subscription.
• Subscriptions are billed via Razorpay.
• All payments are non-refundable.
• Failure to pay or renew will automatically place your account into a pending status, and you will lose access to premium features until payment is completed.

5. Termination & Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, if you:

• Violate these Terms (e.g., posting harmful code, engaging in abuse, or cheating).
• Engage in behavior that harms the platform or its community.

6. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

• TechyBrat is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, TechyBrat is not liable for:
• Data loss, service disruptions, or technical issues.
• Misuse of the platform by other users.Any damages resulting from your use or inability to use the platform.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. If changes are significant, we will provide notice via email or on the platform. Continued use of TechyBrat after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by general international principles of law, regardless of conflict of law provisions.
