• Authentication: We use Supabase Authentication (Email/Password, Google, and GitHub). Passwords are handled by Supabase securely; we do not store them.
• Profile Data: Username, avatar, bio (optional), job title (optional), and company name (optional).
• Challenge Data: Solutions you submit, challenge progress, reputation, level, and badges.
• Payment Data: Subscription ID, Payment ID, plan details, and webhook event details (via Razorpay). We do not store your card or banking details.
• Public Data: Your name, username, avatar, level, reputation, completed challenges, and optional profile information (like bio, job title/company) may be visible to other users.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Provide authentication and account access
• Enable you to participate in coding challenges and track your progress.
• Manage subscriptions and payments through Razorpay.
• Display limited profile information to other users (leaderboard, badges, etc.).
• Improve TechyBrat and maintain platform security.

3. Payments

• Payments are processed securely through Razorpay.
• We do not store your credit/debit card, upi details.
• Subscriptions are non-refundable. You may cancel at the end of your billing cycle.

4. Cookies and Tracking

• Authentication: Supabase uses cookies to manage your session.
• Payments: Razorpay may use local storage or cookies during checkout.
• Error Tracking: We plan to use Sentry to log errors and improve stability.
• We do not use third-party advertising trackers.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell or share your data with third parties except:

• Supabase: For authentication and database hosting.
• Razorpay: For processing payments.

6. User Rights

Currently, we do not provide data export or download options.

• Account Deletion: If you wish to delete your account, you may contact us at support@techybrat.com. We will process deletion requests manually.
• Data Visibility: Other users may view your name, username, avatar, badges, reputation, and completed challenges.

7. Data Security

We use Supabase for secure authentication and database storage. While we take reasonable steps to protect your data, no online service is 100% secure.

8. International Users

TechyBrat is based in India but can be accessed globally. By using our platform, you consent to the transfer of your information to India, where our servers and partners are located.

9. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected with an updated “Effective Date.”
